CHAMPAIGN – Evelyn Ruth Hodgson, 87, of Champaign passed away peacefully on Monday (July 6, 2015) at Helia Healthcare Center, Champaign.
Evelyn is survived by five children, Steven (Susan), Michael (Nancy), Donna (Bruce), David (Donna) and Mark; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Forest and Ruth Watterson Henley, and sister, Delores C. Felkner.
She was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church of Ogden.
She was a loving mother and homemaker. She will be missed by family and friends.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 10, at Freese Funeral Home, 302 E. Grand Ave., St. Joseph. Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
