SIDNEY – Donnie Haynes, 66, of Sidney passed away at 7:26 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Hope Cemetery, Sidney. Freese Funeral Home, 202 W. Main, Sidney, is in charge of arrangements.
Donnie was born June 17, 1950, in Urbana, the son John and Eva Kingston Haynes. He married Vickie Holt in 1999, in Urbana. She survives.
Survivors include a daughter, Dawn Marie Haynes; two sisters, Myron Cooper of Fisher and Nancy Pfeiffer of Texas; and a brother, Kenny Haynes of Sidney.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Donnie liked to mow with his John Deere mower. He loved traditional archery and bow hunting.
