DANVILLE – Lillian Bradley, age 94, of Danville, formerly of Ogden, passed away at 4:25 p.m. Monday (April 22, 2013) at Presence United Samaritans Medical Center, Danville.
Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Freese Funeral Home, 302 E. Grand Ave., St. Joseph, with the Rev. Frank Hoss officating. Burial will be in Stearns Cemetery, Fithian. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.
Lillian was born May 3, 1918, at Waynesville, the daughter of the Rev. Roy A. and Amy Lundquist Miller Sr. She married Fred L. Bradley on Sept. 10, 1939, at New Brunswick, Ind. He preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 1993.
She is survived by her children, Richard (Laura Bartman) Bradley of Springfield, Karen (Paul) Kirkpatrick of Covington, Ind., Sandy (Sonny) Downing of Danville and Garry (Sharon) Bradley of Lemont; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; three stepgreat-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Bertie Moore of Oakwood and June Osterbur of Royal; and two brothers-in-law, Russ Green of Ogden and Ralph Baxter of Quincy.
She was preceded by three brothers, four sisters and one great-granddaughter.
Lillian was a farm wife. She enjoyed gardening and sewing. She was active in her church, the Ogden Christian Church. Lillian was an avid Illini and St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Memorials may be made to the Hope Christian Church.
